Then practice, practice, practice!  Get senior partners that are better than you so you learn from them and newer agents that will challenge you and you can teach them.  You'll grow and learn much faster.  Just make sure that EVERYDAY....you practice, practice, practice!

In this audio the morning routine I will go through what I do and other successful people do to start their day. I believe the most important part of your day is the morning time. I also believe that what you do between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. is more valuable than what you would do from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Understanding that this is a gift of time to prepare, contemplate, evaluate, and be thoughtful about your personal and professional life. Doing this before your day begins is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. So, take advantage and we'll see you on the other audios.

One simple question ... Ask yourself every minute of every day ... "What's the most important uses my time right now?"
So, what is the most important use of your time right now? The most important thing we have to keep focused on is what's most important right now. We are either doing things to get us to where we want to go or we are in creative avoidance behaviors. Make sure that you do things in compartments and avoid mixing and matching otherwise you'll never get things done. Enjoy the broadcast!

The Just Got to The Office Routine 3

The next series of audio is you're going to see a few different steps as a result of developing strong routines, habits, and disciplines.   these habits, routines, and disciplines are the foundation of developing a strong psychology and building a successful and profitable business. I would suggest that you take these ideas, write them down and taking action beginning right away!
So, you just got to the office what do you do now? First, you should have a lot to do because you did most of your preparation the night before ... correct? However, you need to flip on the lights, turn the AC down to 65, turn on your computers, put on some good music, get engaged with your space, pull up the newest expired list and the newest for sale by owner list. If you did the work the night before you should have all the leads that you're going to be working that day prepared in your calendars for a call. At this point crank up the music and start dancing! If you need to practice your script before your 8 o'clock call begins to do so .. period or call your roleplay partner and do a role play but before 8.
